This was a quick and easy recipe that I found online.
what you need:
1 15oz can cannellini white beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar plus a little extra for drizzling at end
salt and pepper
pita bread cut into wedges
1. Puree drained beans, oilive oil and balsamic vinegar in a processor until smooth.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Transfer to serving bowl: drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
4. Serve and enjoy!
